Front Desk Receptionist
Senior Helpers of Annapolis - Arnold, MD
Senior Helpers of Annapolis is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to support our growing home care office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a friendly environment, and can provide excellent customer service to clients, caregivers, and visitors.
This is a temporary position based in our Arnold, MD office.
Responsibilities
- Greet office visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Assist with scheduling and administrative support tasks
- Help maintain caregiver and client files
- Support hiring and onboarding processes as needed
- Assist with data entry and office organization
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming office environment
- Provide general support to the office team
Qualifications
- Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
Pay: Ranges from $15-$18/hour
Office Hours: 9:00AM - 5:30PM
