Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and improve technical documentation, standards, procedures, and operational support materials.
Create and maintain automation solutions and scripts that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and optimize operational processes.
Manage assigned EUC systems and services, ensuring consistent performance, support, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
Track work requests, operational activities, incidents, and project tasks through the Bank's IT service management processes.
Communicate infrastructure updates, maintenance activities, and technology changes to management, support teams, and end users as appropriate.
Support operating system and application deployment, patching, packaging, and update management activities.
Collaborate with Information Security, Infrastructure Services, and application teams to support technology initiatives, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement efforts.
Participate in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new technologies that improve the employee computing experience and support the Bank's strategic objectives.
What You Bring to the Team:
Our ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise end-user computing environments and enjoys working in a collaborative, customer-focused technology organization dedicated to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
This role requires a combination of endpoint engineering, systems administration, automation, troubleshooting, and customer service expertise, including:
Associate's degree, technical school certification, or equivalent technical experience.
Professional certifications in Microsoft, Omnissa, VMware, or related technologies preferred.
Three (3) or more years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer, End-User Computing Engineer, or similar technology role.
Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Experience supporting desktop operating systems, mobile devices, endpoint security, and end-user productivity tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across cross-functional technology teams.
Commitment to operational excellence, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality technical support and engineering solutions.
Preferred:
