Spotify’s Podcast Creator Marketing team sits at the intersection of product, storytelling, and creator growth. We focus on helping podcast creators build audiences, grow their businesses, and succeed on Spotify. Working closely with partners across R&D, Marketing, and the broader business, we shape how creators understand and experience Spotify’s tools and opportunities. This is a high-impact team driving one of Spotify’s fastest-growing creator ecosystems.
In this role, you will lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new creator products and capabilities. You'll influence product strategy through close collaboration with the R&D and Insights teams, helping build tools that empower creators to grow their audiences and build sustainable careers on Spotify. You'll also partner with Creator Marketing, Communications, and Business teams to develop compelling product narratives and champion creator-focused initiatives across your product area.
\nWhat You'll DoThe United States base range for this position is $132,030- $188,615, plus equity (plus bonus or commission. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays.
