The Staff Systems Engineer is responsible for executing and directing the overall systems engineering effort on the program. This includes ensuring the integrity of engineering processes and managing the development of core and emerging systems engineering work products.
Requires a STEM degree with 8-12+ years of experience depending on the degree level and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance. Proficiency in analytical thinking, technical presentations, and collaborative work on complex hardware/software projects is essential.

The Staff Systems Engineer owns responsibility for executing the overall systems engineering effort on the program and directs the execution of all systems engineering activities. The Staff Systems Engineer shall ensure the integrity of the systems engineering processes, including assigned engineering personnel understanding and following Engineering processes and procedures to achieve timely, compliant development of core and emerging systems engineering work products.
