We are looking for a customer service focused and compassionate Resident Services Associate to join our team. The Resident Services Associate is responsible for day-to-day room set up and breakdown, assist in resident pet care, delivering packages to residents, will answer incoming calls, and will assist the Concierge Manager when needed. The ideal candidate will be open to being flexible with their schedule and working weekends and holidays. They must have the ability to work independently and have problem solving skills.
This will be a full-time position from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. You must be able to work weekends and holidays.
