The employee provides instructional, behavioral, and personal support to students with disabilities to help them meet their Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals. Responsibilities include data collection, classroom material preparation, and assisting students with daily activities such as toileting, feeding, and transportation.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma and either an associate degree or at least 48 semester hours of college credit. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for students.
