The Capture Manager leads strategic federal business pursuits from qualification through contract award by integrating customer needs, pricing, and operational capabilities. They are responsible for developing cohesive capture strategies and fostering collaboration across functional teams to maximize win probability.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least ten years of progressive experience in federal business development or capture management. A strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and demonstrated success in leading complex competitive pursuits is required.
Position Purpose
The Capture Manager is a strategic member of Endurion's Growth organization responsible for leading assigned capture efforts that maximize the company's probability of winning strategic federal business opportunities.
Working under the direction of the Vice President of Capture, the Capture Manager develops and executes capture strategies by integrating customer understanding, competitive positioning, solution development, and cross-functional business capabilities into executable business solutions that support Endurion's long-term growth objectives.
The Capture Manager serves as the strategic integrator for assigned pursuits, ensuring customer needs, operational capabilities, pricing, staffing, proposal planning, and transition considerations mature together throughout the capture lifecycle.

The Capture Manager is expected to operate as a collaborative business leader who builds alignment across functional organizations while maintaining focus on customer success and business outcomes.

They foster collaboration, communicate effectively with customers and executive leadership, and contribute to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution.
