The Vacation Sales Greeter will engage with guests at marketing booths to generate interest and facilitate handoffs to the sales team. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the display booth and assisting with the setup and breakdown of event equipment.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous sales or marketing experience is preferred, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.
The Vacation Package Sales Greeter will attend events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador. In this sales-based role, you'll engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Generate and maintain engagement of guests at marketing booth culminating in smooth handoff to Vacation Package Sales (90%)
Maintain the display booth to promote a clean and professional appearance, assist in the setup and breakdown of events and display equipment. (5% time)
Schedule flexibility is required. Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs.
Performs other duties as needed (5% time)
Pay: $19.00 per hour, with commission opportunities.
High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment.
