The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing sales within a local region, primarily serving the cabinet-making industry. Key duties include processing orders, providing quotes, and researching product solutions for customers via phone, email, and in-person showroom visits.
Candidates should have experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably with knowledge of wood, plywood, or building materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with AS400 is considered a plus.

We are currently seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our team of professionals for a Monday - Friday, day shift role.

Key Responsibilities
As a critical and meaningful role within the Richelieu organization, the Inside Sales Representative-Board and Panels is primarily responsible for inside sales development for a portion of our local sales region. This person will represent Richelieu products, primarily serving the cabinet-making industry.
