職務内容】 3M研磨材製品の販売

・西日本(近畿~九州)の担当エリアにおいて、特約店、販売店と協業しエンドユーザーに対して研磨材製品(グラインダー用研磨材、研磨ベルト、不織布研磨材など)の提案販売。

・キーアカウント(主要ユーザー)の売上管理(予測と実績の管理)。

・3M特約販売店への製品紹介と提案、販売活動。

*エンドユーザーは主に工業系の製造業(自動車、造船、建機、鉄鋼、鉄骨、板金、製缶、機械など)。

【応募条件】

<必須>

・四年制大学卒業以上。

・普通自動車運転免許。

・日常生活、ビジネスに支障のない日本語スキル。(読む・書く・聞く・話す)

・日常会話レベルの英語スキル。(読む、書く、聞く、話す)

・Microsoft Officeの基本スキル。

[Job Content / Responsibilities] Sales of 3M abrasive products

  • Propose and sell abrasive products (such as abrasives for grinders, abrasive belts, non-woven abrasives, etc.) to end-users in the assigned area of West Japan (Kinki to Kyushu regions), in cooperation with distributors and dealers.

  • Sales management (forecasting and actual performance tracking) for key accounts (major users).

  • Product introduction, proposal, and sales activities to 3M authorized distributors.

  • End-users are mainly in the industrial manufacturing sector (automotive, shipbuilding, construction machinery, steel, steel structures, sheet metal, metal canning, machinery, etc.)

  • Bachelor's degree (from a 4-year university) or higher.

  • Valid standard driver's license.

  • Japanese language proficiency sufficient for daily life and business without any hindrance (reading, writing, listening, speaking).

  • Daily conversation level English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking).

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.

  • Sales experience (especially BtoB business experience with industrial users).
