Blaze Credit Union is currently hiring a Sr Teller at the Minneapolis North branch. The Senior Teller will be responsible for executing member’s financial transactions in an accurate and professional manner. In addition, this position is responsible for recommending and referring financial products and services and opening member accounts.
Senior Tellers must also exemplify superior service and build positive relationships. This position will drive unparalleled member satisfaction, net promoter score (NPS), member retention, cultivate a culture of excellence, and contribute to the overall success and reputation of the organization.

Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions.
Requirements
Execute financial transactions in a timely, accurate and professional manner to provide needed services and promote positive relationships.
Ability to proactively respond to members/staff to problem solve based on guidelines; written communications are based on templates but can be modified.
Ability to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal staff and public on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 20 lbs. Weekly schedule includes Saturday hours.

The salary range for this position is: $22.53 - $24.50/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
