The field researcher will drive through assigned residential neighborhoods to visually identify and record the construction status of new homes. Findings must be marked on provided site maps and returned to management on a quarterly basis.
Candidates must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and current insurance. The role requires the ability to lift up to 20 lbs and proficiency in using maps or GPS.

Zonda is hiring part-time Field Researchers to help track new home construction in your area. Ideal for independent workers who enjoy solo drives and a break from screens or sales calls.
What You’ll Do:
Once every quarter (every 90 days), you’ll spend 2–3 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording the construction status of new homes on provided maps. No sales, cold calls, or office hours.
A brief background check (criminal and driving records) is required.
