Proven experience leading an Automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales department.
Experience building or significantly growing an Internet Sales operation is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, digital retailing, and AI-powered sales tools.
Highly proficient with AI technology, smartphones, iPads, mobile applications, and emerging digital platforms.
Demonstrated ability to develop processes, improve lead conversion, and build high-performing teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must pass pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug test.
