The Service Team Member is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and providing product advice. They also manage inventory, build displays, and fulfill digital orders for in-store and curbside pick-up.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of work experience, with retail experience preferred. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.

While both part-time and full-time positions generally focus on sales responsibilities, you may also be assigned merchandising, front end or other responsibilities as needed. Internally you will be referred to as Service Team Member and report to the store management team.
