The Resort Manager leads daily operations, including staff oversight, customer experience, and sales performance. They are responsible for ensuring the safety and care of pet guests while managing resort budgets and facility maintenance.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of management experience overseeing 20-30 employees and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. A bachelor’s or associate’s degree is preferred, and the role requires physical ability to lift 60 lbs and flexibility for travel.

We are currently looking for an additional Resort Manager in the Houston, Texas area.
The Resort Manager will lead the daily operations of the resort, including staff oversight, customer experience, sales performance, and focusing on our pet guests’ care and safety.
Please note this role requires mobility. Qualified candidates will be open to travel (and potentially relocation) according to business needs.
