The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for pet parents, managing check-ins, check-outs, and general communications. Responsibilities also include pet handling, maintaining lobby cleanliness, and coordinating with the veterinary service team.
Candidates should have one to two years of customer service experience and be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes. Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and flexibility to work weekends and holidays are required.
