The Resort Supervisor will provide direct supervision of Resort Associates and Playtime Coordinators, leading and training them according to company standards. They will also assist management with employee training, performance reviews, and maintaining cleanliness and care for all guests.
Candidates should have prior supervisory experience and be comfortable with physical labor, including pet handling and cleaning. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work flexible hours.
