The Parent Relationship Leader is responsible for driving sales through personalized meet and greets and effective upselling techniques. They also manage front desk operations, maintain inventory, and ensure high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a passion for dogs. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible shifts and perform physical tasks like lifting 20 pounds.

As a Parent Relationship Leader at Legendary Dogs, you will be instrumental in creating exceptional customer experiences,
driving sales, and maintaining operational efficiency at our store locations. Your primary focus will be on executing

upselling techniques. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep passion for customer satisfaction, and a
proactive approach to achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
