Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional greeting and routing them to the appropriate sales, service, or parts departments. Manage incoming calls and ensure correct booking procedures are followed for all visitors and employees.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent combined with customer service experience. Candidates must be IT literate and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
Act as the first point of contact for visiting customers.
Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and high level of professionalism.
Make a friendly and premium-brand appearance.
Engage with customers to determine their automotive needs.
Appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts businesses.
Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees.
Answer all calls in a timely manner, screening and forwarding, as applicable
Greet all employees, clients and visitors, ensuring the correct booking in procedures are followed
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
