The Quality Technician performs dimensional and functional inspections on purchased materials and manufactured parts to ensure conformance to specifications. Responsibilities include conducting first-piece and final inspections, maintaining quality documentation, and performing internal audits.
Candidates must be proficient in using a wide range of inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs, and be able to read technical drawings. Knowledge of ISO-9002 or TS16949 standards and basic computer literacy are required.
