The operator is responsible for the safe receiving of milk trucks, performing sampling procedures, and executing Clean-In-Place (CIP) processes. They must also maintain accurate receiving paperwork and monitor food safety and quality standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and a NYS Milk Receivers License, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days. A background in dairy or food manufacturing is preferred.
