The Associate Designer supports the Creative Director throughout the design process, from initial inspiration to final production. Responsibilities include managing design sheets, sourcing materials, and ensuring product consistency with market trends and brand identity.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of fashion design experience with a background in daytime dress design. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and tech pack creation is required, along with strong communication skills and an eye for merchandising.

The Associate Designer will work closely with the Design Director on the development of the line.
Responsibilities:
The salary range for this full-time role is dependent upon experience between $70-80k.
