The Production Associate is responsible for remanufacturing auto light lenses through grinding, sanding, and polishing to meet insurance quality standards. They must also adhere to safety protocols and collaborate with team members to improve repair methods.
Candidates should ideally have at least one year of warehouse or manufacturing experience and a high school diploma. The role requires the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as Production Associate – Sand & Buff. You will be responsible for taking our most important product and remanufacturing it to an insurance quality product that will be sold to some of the best collision repair centers across the United States. You will be a member of a team and looked to for ideas on how to continue to improve the products we sell to our customers.
