The Operations Manager oversees all ready-mix plant operations, including production, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance. They are responsible for profit and loss management, staff leadership, and the development of operational strategies to meet production targets.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience managing large-scale ready-mix operations, including fleet and plant maintenance. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required, along with knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and DOT regulations.

This position works closely with other departments in the region/division, i.e., Sales, Finance, Environmental, Safety, Quality Control and Human Resources.
