Overview
The Specialist will play a key role in supporting growth and performance marketing initiatives by driving customer acquisition and business growth across our digital marketing channels. This role supports performance marketing initiatives across mobile, interstitial, native, connected TV (CTV), online video, and emerging media channels while providing analytical support across key business lines, including grocery delivery and curbside pickup.
Working closely with the Performance & Growth Marketing Manager, agency partners, analytics, and cross-functional marketing teams, the successful candidate will support campaign execution and optimization, lead marketing measurement and performance analysis, and identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with digital analytics and measurement, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), experience with video and programmatic media, and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
What you’ll focus on
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Manage and optimize digital media campaigns across mobile, interstitial, native, connected TV (CTV), and online video channels, in partnership with agency teams.
Leverage campaign data and performance insights to identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and marketing efficiency.
Collaborate with the Analytics team to evaluate end-to-end campaign performance against key metrics, including CPA, CTR, conversion, and ROI.
Partner with Creative teams to optimize campaign assets and ensure alignment with channel best practices.
Support testing and evaluation of new marketing channels, audiences, and campaign strategies to drive incremental growth.
Maintain a strong understanding of campaign measurement, attribution, tracking methodologies, and performance reporting, including GA4 measurement practices.
Support the development and enhancement of marketing measurement approaches to improve visibility into campaign effectiveness and customer journeys.
Stay current on digital marketing trends, analytics capabilities, platform changes, and industry best practices, recommending opportunities for continuous improvement.
Participate in special projects and other related marketing initiatives as required.
Analytics & Performance Insights
Analyze marketing and customer data to identify growth opportunities across digital and offline marketing channels.
Evaluate channel performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Support GA4 reporting, tracking validation, conversion measurement, and analysis of digital customer behavior.
Support the implementation and governance of UTM tracking standards across digital marketing channels to ensure accurate reporting and measurement.
Partner with Analytics teams to support tracking requirements, measurement plans, and attribution methodologies.
Prepare regular campaign, vendor, and quarterly performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Utilize Excel and reporting tools (including pivot tables, lookups, and dashboards) to analyze data and support business decisions.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
Partner with agency teams and internal stakeholders through regular campaign performance reviews and optimization discussions.
Provide timely reporting and performance updates to marketing and business stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Creative teams to communicate campaign results and identify opportunities to improve creative effectiveness.
Support marketing operations, including invoice processing, budget tracking, and accrual activities as required.
What you should have
5+ years of experience in digital, performance, growth marketing, or marketing analytics in an agency or in-house environment.
Experience managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Display, Connected TV (CTV), online video, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Ads, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
Experience interpreting campaign performance metrics and making data-driven optimization recommendations.
Experience with digital marketing measurement, campaign tracking, attribution, UTM governance, and analytics best practices.
Experience supporting measurement frameworks, reporting dashboards, and performance insights that inform marketing decisions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
