Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain & Logistics, the Manager, Supply Chain Services plays a key role in advancing Toronto Hydro’s supply chain transformation with a specific focus on category management excellence.
This role is responsible for evolving current procurement and supply management practices into a more strategic, insight-driven, and value-focused function. The Manager will bring leading market practices, tools, and approaches to enhance category strategies, optimize supplier performance, and enable better decision-making across the enterprise.
The Manager, Supply Chain Services will lead a team responsible for multiple spend categories, driving improved outcomes in total cost of ownership, service levels, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation—while supporting the organization’s broader capital and operational objectives.
