Om rollen
Vi utvecklar medicinteknisk utrustning, det vi bygger används i kritiska ögonblick, när marginalerna är små och kvalitet inte är ett val utan ett krav. I den miljön är ett starkt testautomations team inte ett stöd till utvecklingen – det är en förutsättning.
Nu söker vi en Manager som vill leda ett team på drygt 20 ingenjörer inom SW-test och testautomatisering.
I den här rollen kommer ditt primära ansvar vara att leda, utveckla och sätta den långsiktiga strategin för automatiserad sw-test och verifiering samt att äga de ramverk som gör strategin verklig i vardagen.
Du är en ledare som förstår att ett högpresterande team bygger på tydlighet, tillit och teknisk trovärdighet. Du tar ägarskap för teamets leverans, utveckling och välmående – och du vet att de hänger ihop.
Dina arbetsuppgifter:
Leda, coacha och utveckla ~20 personer inom SW-test, testautomatisering och verifiering
Definiera och driva den långsiktiga strategin för automatiserad test och verifiering i samarbete med övrig utveckling, verifiering och affärsmål
Äga och vidareutveckla ramverk för testautomatisering och verifiering – från arkitektur till implementering och testutveckling
Säkerställa täckning, spårbarhet och kvalitetsmål i en reglerad miljö
Viktig del i regelefterlevnad inom medicinteknisk mjukvaruutveckling
Samverka nära med avdelningen för byggmiljöer för att säkerställa stabila och effektiva pipelines för test och verifiering
Samverka med andra RnD Managers och produktledning i en komplex, reglerad miljö
Anställningen är tillsvidare och baserad i Stockholm. Tjänsten är på plats på kontoret men erbjuder viss möjlighet till hybridarbete.
Vad du har med dig
För att passa för denna tjänst tror vi att du har följande kvalifikationer:
Erfarenhet av att leda team inom SW-test, QA eller testautomatisering
Tekniskt djup inom testautomatisering, verifieringsmetodik och ramverksdesign
Förståelse för krav i reglerade branscher, gärna medicinsk teknik eller liknande
Förmåga att kommunicera på svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift
Förutom tekniska färdigheter värderar vi din personlighet högt. Vi söker dig som trivs i ledarrollen och har erfarenhet av att leda team både tekniskt och mänskligt. Vi tror att du är engagerad i ditt arbete och en person som håller dig uppdaterad med det senaste inom ditt område.
