Act as the first point of contact for customers, performing hearing screenings and supporting Audiologists with clinic flow. Manage hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and administrative records to ensure high-quality customer service.
Requires GCSEs (Grade C/5 or above) in Maths, English, and Science. Candidates should have a strong customer service background and a genuine interest in progressing into a clinical audiology career.

You’ll play a key role in supporting customers throughout their hearing journey, while building the experience, skills, and qualifications needed to progress into clinical audiology- backed by the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with real responsibility, structured development, and a clear future pathway.

Training & career progression
From day one, you’ll receive structured training to build confidence and clinical understanding, including sessions at our Boots Hearingcare Academy in Llandudno. Training is delivered over several months, with all accommodation and expenses covered, and is supported by hands-on experience in store.
Career pathway
This role offers a clear progression route: Hearing Wellness Advisor → QHAD → Audiologist
With strong performance, you can progress onto our fully funded Qualification in Hearing Aid Dispensing (QHAD) programme, leading to a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist role.
