If you’re an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist who values clinical autonomy, commercial impact, and access to the latest hearing technology- but want a role that genuinely elevates your day-to-day, this could be your next step.
This is a part time position working 3 days, Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, you will have the autonomy to own a high performing, established clinic in Newcastle Upon Tyne, supported by a strong and loyal customer base, with the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova behind you.
No firefighting. No compromises. Just the space, tools, and backing to do your best work.
The clinic environment
You’ll work within a modern, well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support high-quality clinical care and confident customer decision-making, including:
Access to the latest hearing technology and product innovations
Advanced diagnostic assessments
Structured diaries allowing time for personalised consultations
Strong operational and admin support

The role
As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:
Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand
