Take ownership of selected EMS suppliers as the primary quality interface to drive long-term performance and continuous improvement. Collaborate with sourcing, manufacturing, and R&D to resolve quality issues and validate supplier manufacturing processes.
Requires an MSc in Engineering, Quality, or a related field with experience in supply chain quality roles, specifically with EMS and PCB processes. Must be fluent in English and proficient in quality tools like 8D, FMEA, and CAPA within a regulated industry.

About this opportunity
You will be part of a team working at the intersection of quality, supply chain, and product development. We collaborate closely with sourcing, manufacturing, and R&D to secure high-quality outcomes across the product lifecycle. We are a cross-functional team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across a global supply chain.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to take ownership of selected EMS suppliers, acting as the primary quality interface and driving continuous improvement and long-term supplier performance.
This position is based in Sweden and offers an international working environment with some travel to supplier sites.
