PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The Senior Project Manager, Construction directs and provides oversight in key project management by executing and delivering complex construction projects and/or multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved designs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and direction across multiple stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, internal teams, and external authorities. The role is accountable for overall project performance, including financial management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and delivery outcomes.
The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in leading project delivery, driving consistency, providing mentorship, and guidance to project team members in alignment with corporate objectives.
