The Assistant People and Culture Manager supports the People and Culture Manager in overseeing recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the Assistant Manager supports all aspects of the People & Culture function including recruitment, employee relations, talent development, engagement, and HR operations.
This role plays a critical part in strengthening organizational effectiveness and enhancing the employee experience while supporting the culture and service standards of Four Seasons.
