Lead the customer accounts department to achieve company standards for collections and lease renewals. Manage the collections process, maintain accurate customer records, and support the General Manager in operational functions.
Requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability to work varying hours between 8 am and 9 pm. A high school diploma is preferred, and two years of college or management experience is desired.

Customer Accounts Manager
The salary range for this role is $17.75 to $18.50 per hour/annually.* This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Aaron’s Customer Account Managers drive the success of our stores by leading the customer accounts department with the primary goal of achieving company standards for collections and lease renewals. As a Customer Account Manager, you will strategically influence team performance to help our customers achieve their goals of ownership and assume a wide variety of job functions at the direction of the General Manager.
