The Manager of Hotel Operations assists in establishing service standards, managing budgets, and overseeing daily hotel and casino operations. They are responsible for supervising staff, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring the property meets cleanliness and safety requirements.
Candidates must possess strong communication skills, the ability to perform basic arithmetic, and proficiency in computer operations. The role requires the ability to work in a smoking environment and pass a chemical dependency test.

Be completely knowledgeable about all Bally’s programs, promotions, activities and functions.
Perform tasks outlined on daily checklist.
Must carry out safety and emergency procedures including, but not limited to fire, crowd control, inclement weather and Homeland Security threats.
Must operate and control computer terminal.
Works with casino staff and reservations to assure maximum hotel occupancies by casino customers.
Must communicate with guests and be able to direct/escort them to various facilities and functions within the property.
Assist in training in all Hotel Departments.
Must interact with guests and other employees in a courteous, empathetic and discreet manner.
Supports and maintain Bally’s courtesy guidelines for guests and employees.
Promotes outstanding guest relations.
Supervises the storage, inventory and distribution of uniforms for the Desk Clerks, Bellmen and Valet.
Reviews daily cash, credit and comp transactions of Desk Clerks.
Support daily cash, credit and comp transactions of Desk Clerks.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic including use of percentage.
Ability to inspect areas of responsibility.
Ability to stand and sit for undefined periods of time.
Ability to read and write effectively including maintaining filing system.
