Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in environmental remediation or heavy civil construction with a strong background in earthwork and equipment management. The role requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently in physically demanding field environments.

This is a travel-based leadership opportunity for an experienced environmental construction professional who can run heavy earthwork projects, lead crews and subcontractors, maintain a strong safety culture, and take ownership of project execution from mobilization through completion.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on field credibility with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent who enjoys challenging remediation work and wants a long-term path into Project Management and broader client responsibility.
