A well-established environmental services and building demolition contractor, is seeking an Estimator to join their team in the Lansing, Michigan area. This role is responsible for developing accurate project estimates for demolition and hazardous material remediation work while partnering closely with operations teams to support successful project execution. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator who enjoys technical project evaluation, relationship building, and contributing to meaningful infrastructure and redevelopment projects. What You'll Do as the Estimator:
Review project plans, specifications, environmental reports, and survey documentation to define project scope and pricing strategies
Visit project sites to evaluate conditions, identify risks, and assess logistical requirements
