Position Overview
At Stanley 1913, Total Rewards is about more than compensation and benefits—it’s how we recognize contributions, invest in our people, and create an employee experience where people can thrive. We’re looking for someone who can balance strategy with execution—bringing a strong point of view while also being willing to roll up their sleeves and do the work.
If you’re energized by building and transforming Compensation programs, navigating change, and taking broader ownership of Total Rewards, this is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact and help shape what’s next at Stanley 1913.

Strengthening global governance and compliance across reward programs.
Lead simplification, automation, and continuous improvement across processes, tools and technology.
Own end-to-end Total Rewards system, analytics and reporting infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and delivering timely, actionable insights to leadership on pay equity, program effectiveness, and return on investment
What You Bring

Strong analytics and business judgment, with the ability to turn market data and workforce insights into clear recommendations and decisions.
Experience influencing senior executives on Compensation strategy and complex pay decisions.
Experience with executive and/or sales compensation strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of Benefits strategy and programs, with experience providing oversight and partnering effectively with key customers
