Oversee the crisis stabilization shelter and community-based programming for survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual assault. Manage program budgets, ensure grant compliance, and provide supervision and development for program staff.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of social services experience, including one year specifically in domestic violence, sexual assault, or trafficking services. A valid driver's license and management experience are also preferred.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position will work as part of the Sanctuary House team working in close collaboration with the domestic violence sexual assault program service team, all under the umbrella of survivor services. The program provides services designed to meet needs related to immediate safety, trauma recovery, and on-going support for survivors of human trafficking. This position is responsible for direct oversight of the crisis stabilization shelter, advocacy, and community based programming to include housing services.
Compensation: Salary is determined by total years of relevant experience
Work Schedule: 40 hour work week
