The Lead Trafficking Case Manager oversees crisis stabilization shelter operations and provides direct support to survivors of human trafficking. This role involves balancing administrative duties with direct client care, including crisis intervention and resource coordination.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least one year of experience in a 24-hour care setting or three years in social services. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are also required.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position will work as part of the human trafficking team working in close collaboration with the domestic violence sexual assault program service team. The lead case manager will assist in overseeing operations of the crisis stabilization shelter programming. They will provide services designed to meet needs related to immediate safety, trauma recovery, and on-going support for survivors of human trafficking. This position combines direct care and administrative duties to support both the program coordinator and program director.
Compensation: between $21.79 and $27.64 per hour (wage is determined by total years of relevant experience)
Work Schedule:
Five days a week. Hours will be 12-8pm Sunday-Thursday
