Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of dealership leadership experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license and proficiency with DMS and CRM systems are required.

Qualifications/Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are relevant to the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Physical Requirements: While performing duties of this position, the Parts Manager is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
