Previous experience as a New Car Manager, Sales Manager, or other automotive sales leadership role.
Proven ability to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Experience managing inventory, pricing, and dealership performance metrics.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency with dealership management systems, CRM platforms, and automotive technology.
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
