Those duties are meant to optimize current processes in an organized manner that will increase operating efficiency while empowering employees to be successful. The Operations Manager must successfully adhere to and seek out ways to improve the organization’s levels of service and values.

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $65,000.00 to $84,400.00 annually. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits.
