The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of construction projects, from preconstruction planning and design coordination to project closeout. They oversee budgets, subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and on-site progress meetings to ensure project success.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Additionally, 2-7 years of experience in commercial construction management and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project are required.
