WinnCompanies is searching for a Tax Credit Property Manager to join our team at Annapolis Gardens, a 150-unit affordable housing community located in Annapolis, MD.
In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
The salary range for this role is $65,000.00-$70,000.00 annually dependent on experience. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM
