The Quality Manager oversees all quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements and the Quality Management System. They serve as the primary point of contact for quality matters and lead the inspection, surveillance, and continuous improvement processes.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in QMS programs for Base Operations Support services contracts of $10 million or greater. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree and CMQ/OE certification preferred.
The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all quality control and quality assurance activities in support of contract requirements at NSA Annapolis, Maryland, including the United States Naval Academy. The Quality Manager shall ensure continuous production and service performance consistent with established standards, contractual requirements, and Quality Management System (QMS) procedures. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters and is responsible for enforcing compliance with the Government-accepted Quality Management (QM) Plan, all contract performance objectives and standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

This position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Applicants selected may be offered but cannot begin work until funding has been confirmed.
