As the Global Emergency Services Product Lead, you have deep expertise in Public Safety and Emergency Response. You’ll define the strategy, vision, and execution for emergency connectivity capabilities that enable first responders, emergency service providers, governments, businesses, and communities to stay connected when every second matters.

Build products that enable reliable satellite-based communications for first responders and emergency service providers. Drive end-to-end product development, ensuring exceptional customer experiences from design through launch. Establish partnerships with Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), emergency response organizations, regulators, and global stakeholders. Develop scalable solutions that support multiple countries, languages, regulatory environments, and emergency service integrations. Balance customer needs, operational excellence, and compliance requirements while delivering innovative solutions at global scale. Influence cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, legal, regulatory affairs, and public policy to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives.
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
