As the financial lead across a portfolio of programs and corporate initiatives, you will oversee program budgets, forecasts, funding, and financial performance while providing actionable insights that support informed business decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex financial challenges, and has a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities before they impact program performance.

Monitor funding levels, burn rates, cost-to-complete projections, and contract performance to ensure programs remain aligned with scope, schedule, and funding.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations that support program execution and strategic decision-making.
Identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities, recommending corrective actions to optimize program outcomes.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Reporting
Lead annual budget development and support long-range financial planning, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership.
Manage invoicing, revenue recognition, and contract funding status across multiple programs.
Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, communicating key drivers and business impacts to stakeholders.
Compliance & Cross-Functional Partnership

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Five or more years of experience in program or project financial management, preferably supporting multiple programs simultaneously.
Experience developing and managing EACs, ETCs, forecasting, and cost performance reporting.
Working knowledge of a variety of contract types.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, financial modeling, and complex formulas.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate financial information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and program financial controls.
