The Corporate Technician serves as a key technical operations leader and strategic partner to the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, and Senior Operations Directors, advancing DCI’s mission to deliver the highest level of patient care. This role supports high-quality patient care and safety by ensuring that equipment maintenance standards are consistently met across our in-center dialysis clinics, home therapies, and hospital settings. The Corporate Technician collaborates with biomedical staff and clinicians to improve measurable outcomes, enhance compliance, uphold safety standards, strengthen logistical processes, and maintain operational excellence. The Corporate Technician contributes to decisions that impact the fiscal performance of the assigned area and provides training to enhance technical competencies across teams.
Schedule: Fulltime; extensive travel required, relocation to Nashville not required.

Strategic Leadership
Serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nursing Officer by translating organizational technical priorities into actionable initiatives at the point of care and ensuring consistent communication with executive medical leadership regarding technical opportunities and operational realities at the ground level.
Acts as the primary technical partner to Senior Operations Directors, identifying opportunities, shaping focus areas, and guiding strategic actions that elevate regional and organizational performance.
Coaches and guides Area Operations Directors and Area Technical Managers to design and execute regional technical plans, establishing clear accountability frameworks to ensure achievement of organizational goals.
Technical Excellence and Education
Leads initiatives designed to improve clinical, technical, and financial outcomes in assigned clinics.
Develops and guides quality improvement plans aligned with regulatory and DCI standards.
Designs, distributes, and educates staff with tools used to support clinics in meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.
Develops, updates, and ensures consistent implementation of company policies and procedures across technical operations.
Reviews technical audits and oversees the execution of corrective action plans to address identified gaps.
Proactive Engagement
Coordinates technical education meetings for assigned areas at least semi-annually.
Performs annual on-site visits to each market to assess operations, provide support, and reinforce compliance with DCI standards and goals.
Partners with clinical and technical teams to maintain regulatory compliance and ensure timely preventative maintenance schedules.
Collaborates with teammates to align technical processes and achieve measurable improvements in operational performance while achieving cost per treatment goals.
Maintains open communication with executive leadership by sharing relevant findings and operational updates that impact compliance, performance, and strategic planning.
