Job Summary:
This position supports the organization's technology infrastructure, customer service needs, and operational growth initiatives. The role is responsible for implementing and maintaining IT hardware, software, and network solutions, supporting equipment installations and departmental moves, training end users, and assisting with technology strategy and operational processes. The position also contributes to quality improvement, change management, and resource planning efforts, ensuring reliable technology services and continued support of organizational objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
May train new team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations.
Designs, develops, implements, and oversees information technology (IT) solutions including hardware and software.
Implements short- and long-term IT solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Installs, configures, administers, upgrades, and maintains security for IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Support and provide input for information technology strategies, polices and plans, maintenance and use of information technology resources.
Support Customer requests for new equipment installations and departmental moves
Train and support technology users
Support operational processes and site acquisition and growth projects
