The Impact you will have in this role:
The Director of IT Business Management serves as the strategic bridge between Technology and the Business, ensuring that IT investments, operating models, and transformation initiatives directly support organizational objectives. Ensure clear alignment across distributed teams, enabling clarity of priorities, expectations, and outcomes.
Lead and develop a high‑performing IT Business Management team (business managers, strategy analysts, transformation leads).
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Support career development and promote diversity, inclusion, and effective cross‑functional teaming.
Qualifications:

Proven success partnering with senior leaders to influence decisions and drive multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
Strong experience in roadmap development, strategic planning, and transformation leadership.
Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong executive presence.
Experience leading or supporting modernization, cloud, automation, or operating‑model initiatives.
Experience in financial services or other complex, regulated environments.

Comes from a consulting background — ideally with experience at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
