The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of technology strategies, product roadmaps, and business priorities, leveraging these insights to shape account strategy, influence ADI investments, and identify opportunities for long-term strategic collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain executive-level relationships that foster trust, collaboration, and sustained business growth.
Establish strong relationships across engineering, sourcing, operations, product management, and business leadership organizations.
Lead strategic account planning, including opportunity management, account reviews, forecasting, pipeline development, and design-win tracking.
Identify opportunities to expand ADI's engagement across existing and emerging customer programs and business units.
Drive commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, long-term agreements, and business planning activities.
Coordinate a unified global strategy across all customer organizations and geographies.
Market & Domain Expertise
Develop a deep understanding of customer technology roadmaps, product architectures, and strategic priorities across multiple business segments.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Identify opportunities to leverage ADI's broad technology portfolio across multiple platforms, applications, and customer organizations.
Position ADI as a trusted strategic partner delivering differentiated system-level solutions.
Utilize customer and market insights to influence ADI product investments, technology roadmaps, and business strategies.
Cross-Functional & Customer Collaboration
Partner closely with FAEs to align technical engagement strategies with commercial objectives.
Coordinate with Business Units to ensure strong customer support, roadmap alignment, and strategic solution development.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive opportunity development, design wins, issue resolution, and overall account execution.
Organize and support executive reviews, technical workshops, customer visits, and strategic planning sessions.
Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and sourcing teams to support business continuity and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Ensure alignment among internal stakeholders to drive consistent customer engagement and execution.
Customer-Centric Leadership
Serve as the primary global point of contact for account strategy, executive engagement, and strategic alignment.
Advocate for customer needs while ensuring alignment with ADI's business objectives and value proposition.
Facilitate issue resolution and coordinate resources to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships across all levels of the customer organization and influence strategic decision-making.
Thought Leadership & Industry Representation
Represent ADI at customer events, industry conferences, and executive forums.
Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to help shape ADI strategy.
Promote best practices and account management excellence across the broader sales organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; technical degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in Global Account Management, Strategic Account Management, Business Development, or semiconductor sales.
Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year account strategies within highly technical customer environments.
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders ranging from engineers to senior executives.
